Join Fleur, Certified Practising Nutritionist, to discuss what is normal and what isn't?
During this talk we will focus in on what are normal symptoms of the menstrual cycle. Many issues such as pain, heavy bleeding, clotting, headaches, back pain, mood changes etc. are often considered normal. However, they are not normal, these symptoms are signs of the cycle not being balanced.
There are several menstrual conditions such as endometriosis, PMOS (PCOS), and adenomyosis that are underdiagnosed in Australia and many girls/women/those born female are suffering.
With increased understanding of what to look for, increased diagnosis is possible. With understanding comes the ability to learn what can be down to reduce symptoms.
There is a lot that can be done via diet and lifestyle to help regulate and reduce symptoms along with supplements when required.
Free, bookings essential.
