All branches, including the OLiV (Our Library Van) service will be closed Wednesday 26 November for staff professional development. Return chutes will be closed with any items due for return automatically extended for 24 hours.
Using everyday items from days gone by and vintage photos, we will discuss and share our memories that these items evoke. It is then time to create and make a Book of Me reflecting and journalling using images and thoughts. A little bit of family history and local history combined with your thoughts, makes the perfect story for you to share with family and friends.
There will be plenty of discussion in a safe and friendly environment and this could be the start of an ongoing project for the warmer months ahead.
