Our Library Van: Basic Tech Help - Flinders Civic Hall

Whether you need help setting up a new device, organising your photos, attaching a PDF to an email, or something entirely different, we’re here to help!

We can help with:

• Installing and using apps on your device
• Using the library’s digital collection (eBooks, eAudiobooks, Movie Streaming apps)
• Creating and connecting on social media
• Basic smartphone settings
• Accessing online services such as MyGov
• Other general tech problems

These tech-help sessions provide friendly trouble-shooting advice and not professional IT support, please keep this in mind when booking a session.

Basic Tech Help is available at the following OLiV stops: Balnarring, Flinders, Mount Martha, Red Hill, and Sorrento.

Please ensure you have any relevant log in details available for your session, and don't forget to bring your device along with you on the day.
